Hearth Summit Bangladesh 2025 — Cox's Bazar Edition took place on 25–26 February 2025. Held at the BIAM Foundation, Cox's Bazar, for frontline humanitarian workers from 161+ organizations, on cultivating hope in crisis.
Cox’s Bazar Edition Overview
The Cox’s Bazar edition was the second chapter of Hearth Summit Bangladesh 2025, following the Dhaka edition on 22 February 2025. It focused on the wellbeing of the people who respond to crises: caregiver wellbeing, burnout prevention, and institutional mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS).
Over 25–26 February 2025 at the BIAM Foundation, frontline humanitarian workers from 161+ organizations took part in 7 thematic workshops, plenary dialogues, and art and somatic therapy sessions, under the theme:
Cultivating Hope in Crisis: Fostering Workplace Wellbeing

Why a Cox’s Bazar Edition?
Humanitarian workers in Cox’s Bazar have been operating under chronic strain due to the prolonged Rohingya crisis, often without adequate mental health support.
This edition was launched as a response to that need, creating safe spaces for healing, dialogue, and systemic change for frontline responders.
